Three Rivers Community College is a community college in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, USA. Three Rivers was founded in 1967 when voters in the counties of Butler, Carter, Ripley and Wayne approved the taxing district of Butler, Carter, Ripley, and Wayne counties. Three Rivers is governed by a Board of Trustees elected by the people in the college taxing district. The college has an 80-acre campus in Poplar Bluff, Missouri with centers in Dexter, Kennett, Malden, Portageville, and Sikeston.
