Lovely peaceful place to sit and look at the monastery or out to the river (across the busy road). Fountains were not on unfortunately but the statues were nice.

This is a very big and impressive garden in Belem between the monastery and the river estuary. It covers a lot of land, has a water feature and some welcome shade trees. People come here to rest aft..
