The portions were crazy huge so I can see how that appeals to a lot of people but overall the food was just decent I think panda has more fresh items but still would come back

In my opinion this is a restaurant Hayward needed. Their food is overall great, especially their fried fish, fried rice, and grilled chicken. Most of the time you will receive a good portion of food.
