The front desk manager was fine but very underwhelming attitude... waited in the waiting room for 30 min past my appointment time and in the examination room for an additional 30 minutes.

I have left 5-10 calls (over 1.5 months) with no call back. Their messaging system says they will call back after 24-48 hours, but this is not accurate. I call every 4-5 days, no call back at all.
