My doctor is great. I see a specialist and trust him completely. The patient experience is terrible. An appointment takes 4-5 hours and I come annually, not a new patient. They just move you from room

I was hesitant about scheduling an appointment but very glad I did, I will say it was a long appointment but front office was very friendly and doctors answered my questions and were thorough.
