Very comfortable bed, good shower, mini split in room kept temperature very comfortable and quiet. Walking distance to two cafes, Sprouts, and downtown Burbank, good staffRoad noise

It was quiet and the location was not to far from where we were going.The amenities could have been better.

The smell and noise all night are terrible.
