Merchants Manor Hotel is owned by Nick Rudlin and Sioned Parry-Redlin is set on a hill above the town of Falmouth in Cornwall and was opened in 2012. The hotel is a 1913 Edwardian mansion built for the Carne family of merchants and brewers who developed the screw –cap bottle. In 1958, it became known as the Green Lawns Hotel.
