I've never been a big fan of eggs Benedict so I was going out on a limb trying this. But the Rockies Benny was delicious! Everything on it went so well together and the eggs were cooked to perfection.

This place is awesome! Fast and friendly service on a busy Sunday morning, and an incredible selection of food. I did the lox and goat cheese skillet with over easy eggs, and it was delicious, and a p
