Genuinely worst place ever. The people are rude and the lady punctured my vein. This has happened multiple times and another 3 day recovery on the way!

Kaliah at the Roslyn location was fabulous. Site code # V6S She was smiling, and made me feel very comfortable when doing the blood test!

Appointments never run on time, wait time can be 30 - 60+ minutes. Need better staffing and qualified people who can work more quickly. This has happened many times at this location sadly
