Hardware stores -- There's no middle ground for me. I either like them or tolerate them and that depends on what I need. Forget the nearby big-box stores, I don't have the patience or the time to find
Very bad customer service here. Everytime I come in here its new employees who do not anything. Even new managers do not last long. Something very wrong here.
