Easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered a catering order for 6:45pm and when I got there they said 10 more minutes. But then I didn't get my food until 730. Absolutely unpro

Truly truly awful. Service is horrible, place is filthy, feels like what I imagine hell is like.
