Unprofessional flight staff including pilots, significant delays, poorly run airline. The staff both at the terminal and on the plane was unprofessional, sloppy looking , and generally did a poor job.

I wish I would've looked up the reviews before booking. This is my first time flying Breeze from New Haven to Orlando. I bought the ticket because of it's affordable price. However, like the old adage
