Bit into my taco and pulled a 5.5" long piece of plastic wrap out of my mouth. Store will not answer their phone to provide a refund. I'm disgusted.

Never had any real issues at this Taco Bell, I've been to many and this one at least 4 times. They never get my order wrong which is the #1 thing. All bad reviews about wait time or an about delivery-

On several occasions, I have ordered from this Taco Bell through delivery services. They constantly underestimate by 30-45 minutes regarding the time it takes to prepare food. This causes our delivery
