Had an appointment scheduled today that I scheduled weeks ago and took off of work for. Showed up today and the office is closed. They never called me to give me a notice or anything. Very frustrating

What's the point of scheduling an appointment online 2 weeks in advance if I'm still going to show up and wait for OVER AN HOUR after my appointment schedule. This place is a joke.
