Allows dog abusers to live there and doesn't do anything about that. You could be living next to someone who is beating their dog on their balcony for all to see with footage and they won't do anythin

I just came across a heartbreaking video of some horrific monster who was beating his dog on his balcony. I feel absolutely sick.. and if management doesn't respond then they are obviously not bothere
