2020 Buick encore 75,000 miles, piece of crap , Every dashboard warning light is on trunk won't open wipers. Don't work transmission recently replaced $3000 worth of other miscellaneous work done.

I am beyond disappointed with the lack of compassion, accountability, and urgency shown by the service department. This issue should have been resolved back in June, not dragged out over 8 months late

Don't think about taking your vehicle here if it's having issues. WORST service department by far!! They will let your vehicle sit without touching it and ignore you when you call for updates. Very po
