Spent 4 nights first night 155 and others in 237 opposite ends of hotel both away from elevator The floors are somewhat different in this hotel on the hillside. Entry floor is 3 rd level with one up .

First, the staff was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was excellent, guest laundry, hot tub were great. The room was clean and in excellent condition. The ONLY problem, and I did make it known my firs.

They need new beds! So uncomfortable! New pillows would be nice too! Hot water would be a plus as well. After letting them know in the morning that our hot water was o my luke warm by evening it was .
