What is the point of making an appointment if you are still going to wait a close to hour JUST to choose glasses!!!

I've been here once years ago when I saw Dr. Andrea Liu. I had a great experience then. Fast forward to yesterday. I brought my toddler here for an appointment via pediatric referral. Her pediatrician

Appointment at 3:30. I was on time but of course they weren't. At 4:15 I asked how long before I'm seen because I had to leave at 5 and I thought having a 3:30 appointment would have allowed for that.
