We get to Taco Bell about to go inside & a lady is outside that works there and tells us "the lobby's closed" we asked why "because there's not enough people".. then don't be open. It's just annoying

Their schedule is terrible, the place is said to be open at 8am. Instead they make me wait till 8:30. What have they been up to in the last hour?
