If completed, Winthrop Square Tower would stand as the second tallest building in Boston, Massachusetts, and New England, surpassing the 52-story Prudential Tower by 3 stories and at least 1 foot. The Winthrop Square tower would be built on the site of the currently defunct Winthrop Square Garage in the Financial District.
