First time and the customer service was super helpful and very nice. They had a great selection of what I needed but in the wrong size. We needed longer paddles being so tall for stand up paddle board

Horrible customer service. I had an order cancelled due to a "payment verification issue". Spoke to a customer service representative who assured me the issue would be resolved within 48 hours. My ord
