The most noticeable thing about Morning Vibes is the decor. It’s a lot to take in right off the bat—the bright pastel walls have plastic flowers and shrubbery, there are fake caged birds, and we cannot explain the purpose of a pastel pink phone booth filled with merchandise. While this Sunset spot doesn’t quite look like food is the point, this place works for a quick breakfast or lunch and maybe a couple of hours clacking away on your laptop. Although sandwiches and a couple of salads take up a lot of the menu, we always stick with the all-day breakfast, particularly the breakfast burrito. It’s a little greasy, but the simple combination of eggs, potatoes, and meat (go for the sausage) works. Also, the cakes in the display case may look tempting, but they're too sweet. Instead, post up at one of the usually free tables, get something caffeinated, and take advantage of the free wifi and outlets. Be warned, though—you’ll want to take any calls elsewhere, as this place loves to blast Ariana Grande.
