This place is also a hit or miss which really depends on when you go and why you have to go

First time having Shake Shack and it exceeded my expectations. We had it delivered through Uber Eats. It arrived quickly which I was surprised since it was Friday night. I pass this location everyday

Food is always on time and presentation is great. Staff is friendly and polite! We order online a lot for pickup never had a problem.
