Visited today. The lady was not helpful and rude. This is what Brooks Brothers has turned into? It used to have good service. Not anymore.

I have been a few time at Brooks brother factory at Colorado Mills mall and Zack has been super nice and helpful that makes my trip a pleasure!! Congratulations Zack!
