Over multiple visits for my cataract surgeries, I was always treated kindly & very rarely had to wait longer than 5 - 10 minutes. Dr. Zhou and her staff were professional and very welcoming every time

The Dr. is very nice, but this place needs to get their act together. I called to confirm my appointment and was on hold over 10 minutes, rerouted a couple of times. I finally hung up and called back
