Constantly forgets items, long wait times. I know every McDonald's has these types of problems but I wouldn't be leaving a review unless it got to a certain point.

The McDonald's in BANNOCKBURN is terrible. Everyone that lives over here should boycott this place. They treat their customers like garbage, and when you contact the owner, he ignores your complaint.

I order 3 mcchickens 3 large fries 3 10 pice chickens nugget and 3 larger sprites the drive thru worker called me a fatass when he only saw one person in the car but it was good 10/10 customer service
