Our cottage was perfect, the bed was comfy, the staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our dinners and breakfasts in the dining room. My husband uses a walker and it was quite easy to navigate.

The grounds of the hotel/lodge are lovely. It’s so relaxing just wandering around. It’s old and somewhat dated but this adds to the charm and the history. We had our dog and the staff is very accommod
