Huge fan of Ginger Sushi. Great kind of hole in the wall spot in Fanwood Scotch Plains area that has excellent quality fish and sometimes some harder to come by things like good quality uni, toro, etc

I've been going to Ginger for many many years. The ambiance is small, intimate and really nice for date night/small group. I enjoy their spicy kani salad and specialty rolls. The food is always fresh
