The staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. The room itself was very hard, but lots of fun. We didn't succeed this time, but there were only 2 of us so our resources were limited.

We had an amazing time playing haunted hotel. This is a well known escape game company with well thought out rooms and puzzles. I will say, one particular puzzle in the room should be updated as it di
