The Hispanic man that takes your order is very rude and condescending, doesn't listen to you, talks over you, etc. The gal is super sweet that I've seen help out and explains the washes thoroughly.

it's really gone downhill and rates have gone up. they did not do a good job with the exterior and spend very little time wiping down the interior. this is our last visit
