The elongated toilet had a round seat on it. Bathroom door was broken from water damage. Cockroach crawling on door as we entered. Feet turned black from filthy carpet. Staff was unfriendly. Worst hot

Mice and mouse bait boxes in my room. Peeling ceiling paint. Outlet receptacles falling out. They cleaned out what I had in the refrigerator.

The room had a very strong smoke smell, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The bed sheets were stained and looked like they had urine on them, and there were burn holes in the sheet
