How can Parts not be open on a Saturday at all?? I've found Chevy Platinum challenging to work with even while our Volt has been so low maintenance.

Horrible customer service. The people inservice are misinformed (to put it nicely) and are rude and unhelpful. You'll get better info off of youtube. Recommend going to the Chevy dealer in Healdsburg

Ridiculously incompetent service department. They turned a 15 minute tire rotation into a 2 hour ordeal.
