Wife was Scheduled a 3:45 appointment it is now 5:15 and told it will be another 45 minutes and we could reschedule! Not acceptable not on par with other imaging services in area. Never again at this

Unlike the Brandon location, they were helpful and friendly. Brandon turned me away on appointment day because I didn't have images on a disc. I had to find a friend with the old technology/burner...
