They don't answer the phone for anything but sales and my last 2 trips to Priority dealerships I was there for simple oil change and service checks. OVER 6 HOURS each trip.

Staff is doing amazing and working hard considering they are low-staffed in the service department. Gabriella is a great tech and did a wonderful job on my vehicle.

Takes over 2+ hours to get a simple oil change done and a state inspection done and they do other people cars before they get ur car done bc that was done with cars that came in after me
