I would only recommend for younger people or people with good fitness levels... The 4km steep road leading down to Mango Bay is only the beginning, the road often disappears & becomes a dirt track wi.

Don't waste your time, money, safety and knees, oh and there are no mango's there either:), bike ride down is steep and dangerous, narrow in places with plenty of opportunity to drop your bike and ge.
