CHASE Bad Language Barrier - 03-30-2025 , Sunday Last Chase Customer Service representative did not want to transfer me to a Supervisor after asking her 100 times! - She used sneaky deceptive tactics

called about a balance on a card that I cancelled. on hold for 10 minutes. person that answered said she had to transfer me to someone else. I now am sitting on hold for over 10 minutes. seriously???
