I've had the worst experience getting my title for my car with a TD loan since January and still don't have it resolved. Zero empathy, repeated incompetence and down right rude escalation leadership.

Worst customer service ever...the dmv is better. There were 2 tellers and 3 customer reps and only 2 customers in the bank including myself. I asked a teller about security deposit box availability an
