I give it a 4 start because of the service I think Vegas Cuban restaurant has had his best days behind. It need to be remodeled maybe the menu needs to be looked at an updated it's the same menu from

Look, it may be a chain with nine locations but the food at the Plantation branch was legit. Solid Cuban boilerplate menu.

The food was very delicious and a great ambiance. Service was great but the ox tail was a little cold in the inside. Other than that I would recommend this place if you like authentic Cuban cuisine.
