The beef empanada was alright but crispy. The plate of rice, sausage, pork, beans, plantains, fried egg, and other meats were delicious but the beans was just okay. Otherwise the server was friendly.

We were driving from San Francisco to Miami and passing through Oklahoma when we stopped at Edgar's. What a great surprise. The bandeja paisa and the tamal were delicious and tasted like real Colombia

nice ambience people are really nice and welcoming! food was delicious and worth it! i ordered a picada and as a Venezuelan it reminded me of home!:)
