I waited on line 32 minutes to speak to someone. Every time I call there is a long wait. There is no direct phone number to a local branch. You have to call an 800 number. Ridiculous!

Consistently long wait on phone and in person. Not enough employees to hand the amount of members. Was able to get more competitive rates elsewhere.
