Guy was rude and dismissive at front desk when my ticket number was called up. Appeared to be arab or spanish male, early 40s. Had to call to get my results, they told me I should get a link or email

They need to improve in their customer service. I called just to make sure if I came close to closing that I will still be seen and the lady was incredibly rude for no reason.
