For the last two years...Always out of anything you ask for? No choice in hard liquor ..wine beer etc.? This Buisiness is likely a Tax - Write- Off?

Everytime I enter this liquor store shelves are empty and I end up leaving because they only have a few items what is going on? Idk how they make money when the shelves are empty.
