Gas customer service & business practices... just wow. On January 14, I received a bill for "gas consumption and service" covering 12/10/2025-01/06/2026 totaling $212.46. That bill included a deposit,

$20 increases to our bills to "recover" from the hurricanes?! Are you kidding me? Most of us didn't have power and a giant monopoly corporation is going to pass the cost along to the victims?? SHAME O
