Most incompetent staff I've ever encountered. The estimator Carlos sent me an email with 22.7 hrs of labor for a trim piece under the bumper. I emailed him back with "are you sure you didn't mean 2.7

I had to get a minor dent fixed on one door and it cost 9k and took forever to get my car back. Go to Gerber!
