Clean, relatively quiet, nice staff, convenient location, comfortable bedsYou do hear the train. It was blowing its whistle quite a bit around 10pm and 5:45am, but in between was quiet.

We were there for a concert and the venue was right next to the hotel… which was very nice! Staff was very friendly and gave us an upgrade to a room with a hot tub!Everything was great!
