My 7 year old daughter got her ears pierced for the first time. The piercer was GREAT. So kind and gentle. Explained everything and spoke to my daughter. BUT, the cashier was so incredibly unfriendly

So incredibly sweet and patient with our 5 year old! A little behind schedule but such great customer service and environment we didn't mind waiting :)
