What began as a buzzy pop-up from the team behind Fallow quickly turned into this permanent restaurant whose mission is to celebrate all of the chicken, all of the time. The menu almost entirely consists of poultry-based dishes, with the animal used from beak to tail – wings and strips to start, followed by schnitzel, rotisserie and burgers for the main event. Even the desserts get in on the action, via a chicken fat tarte Tatin. It all comes with a playful touch, but the chefs behind it are serious, utilising quality produce with real skill.
