Great service! I called ahead to make sure they had a reserved vehicle. The desk agent was very pleasant and informative They had plenty of vehicles and the SUV I got was very clean and comfortable.

rented the car for 7 days and got charged extra because I picked it up a day late even though I payed for it then no one could help with charges on the bill. Car had a bad vibration for the whole trip

I returned the car with a full tank of gas and submitted a receipt. They told me the tank was returned empty which is a lie. Scammers work here and no response from Hertz customer service.
