Food is disgusting. I sat at the drive-thru window waiting to pick up an order for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. Three different people stared at me and didn't think to come acknowledge me. D

Customer Service was excellent. However the food not so much. We HARDLY ever get Rally's because we live north of Fort Wayne. When we do it's a treat for the kids. Today we ordered 2 #9 combos chicken

I got some phenomenal head from one one of the employees here. 10/10 experience, would definitely go back.
