I love BM and live near one but I was in town and came here to pick up some things I had forgotten. Staff was unfriendly and worst, didn't know much. Either that or they couldn't be bothered. Anyway,
Morgan is so knowledgeable and helpful - consistently upbeat and focused on the highest level customer service with joy. I shop with my very elderly mom and Morgan makes it such a fun experience
There's nothing to approve on.. Because it's obvious there's no service if you look a certain way..
